 Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Program PROGRAM RULES
Program Term
Commencing January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2008.
Eligible Participants
Tuff Skinz motor cover owners fishing in either the Buddy, Amateur, or Pro division of qualifying tournaments who own an eligible Tuff Skinz motor cover and are registered members of the Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Team. In a team event, one member of a winning team must be a Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Team member and team must fish the event with an eligible Tuff Skinz motor cover owned by that team member. Only one award will be paid per winning team. The Tuff Skinz Motor cover must have been purchased at least 3 years prior to the qualifying event. Members of the Tuff Skinz Pro Staff, Tuff Skinz dealers, and employees of Tuff Skinz or their dealers are not eligible for participation. Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Team membership must be renewed each year to be eligible. Membership expires each year on December 31st.

Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Program Registration
To become eligible for Program incentives, owners of Tuff Skinz motor covers must submit their registration for Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks membership at least fourteen (14) days prior to participation in a qualifying tournament event. Registration forms are available through this website.

Qualifying Tournament Events and Bonus Bucks Cash Awards
Qualifying tournament events incentives are only those listed on the schedule of eligible events and corresponding incentives listed on the Tuff Skinz website. To be eligible for incentives listed on the website, the eligible event must have a field totaling at least sixty (60) boats. Eligible events fished from a boat with a Tuff Skinz motor cover, with a field totaling between thirty (30) and fifty-nine (59) boats qualify for a reduced payout (see Payout Schedule). The foregoing limitation with respect to the boat field size of sixty (60) is waived for eligible event championships. Determination of eligible events is solely the discretion of Tuff Skinz Products, LLC.Eligible events may be added or deleted thirty (30) days prior to their scheduled date.
Participation Guidelines
Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Team members must fish all days of the qualifying event from a boat with an eligible Tuff Skinz motor cover on the outboard of the boat being fished out of during the tournament. The foregoing limitation will not apply in the case of qualifying draw tournaments or Pro-Am events where the member is the amateur and a non-boater during such event. Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Silver, Gold, and Platinum Team members must wear the official Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks visor while competing and at the weigh-ins. Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Team members must register in advance to receive Program incentives. Tournament established rules and regulations will apply to each qualifying tournament event. Each Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Team member agrees to submit to polygraph testing if requested. Each Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks Team member waives the requirements of Title 39, USCA Chapter 30,
Section 3017 relating to the member's rights to be excluded from tournament sweepstakes promotion lists.
Cash and Incentive Claim Process Submission of claim forms for Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks incentives must be postmarked no later than thirty (30) days after conclusion of the eligible event. Claim forms postmarked more than thirty (30) days after conclusion of the eligible event are void. Claim form submission must include the official Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks claim form, verification of official tournament results (e.g., newsletter/magazine listing, website results printout, or official tournament results published onsite) which validates member's finish in a field of sixty (60) or more boats (except where waived for qualifying event championships and 30-59 boat payouts). Tuff Skinz Products, LLC reserves the right to determine final eligibility of all claims. Allow 6-8 weeks for approval and processing. The winning participant is solely responsible for submitting the completed incentive claim form and accompanying verification of results to:

Legal Compliance
All federal, state and local laws must be obeyed and it is the contestant's responsibility to know these laws. All contestants must read and sign the registration entry form. Your signature on this form will constitute a certification that the contestant has read, understands, and agrees to abide by terms and conditions of the registration entry form documents.
Sportsmanship
All contestants are expected to follow high standards of sportsmanship, courtesy, safety and conservation. Any contestant who displays poor sportsmanship, violates tournament rules or any federal, state or local laws, or brings unfavorable publicity to the sport of bass fishing shall be disqualified. Contestants must have a valid fishing license as required by law (unless exempt) and a government issued form of photo identification on their person.
Other Terms
Tuff Skinz Products, LLC reserves the right to modify the Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks program at its sole discretion at any time, provided, in no event shall Tuff Skinz Bonus Bucks awards be reduced during the Program Term. When ordering eligible motor covers for this program, members should allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. In the event that an eligible motor cover has been purchased, but not received prior to an eligible event, the Bonus Bucks payout could still be paid, but only if the following criteria are met: • Motor cover purchased.
• Membership purchased.
• Visor and (or) decals are displayed during tournament (where applicable)
• Registration is received no later than (14) days prior to the first eligible event. |
